HARRY SOLOMON TRUMAN DEFECTS TO CHINA A NEW TRUMAN DOCTRINE? From a reliable sources it has been disclosed that Harry Solomon Truman has defected to China. He has strongly condemned the violation of Chinas sovereignty by the American spy plane and the dead of the Chinese pilot, as well the dead of journalists and other personnel at the Chinese embassy in Belgrade as a result of intentional and criminal attack on the embassy by the American Air force. In a prepared statement Harry Solomon Truman developed and emphasized his believe that the United States and its New World Order pose clear and imminent danger to all freedom loving peoples in the world. He called for the dissolution of NATO and the ultimate expulsion of the United States from Eurasia. He further called for proclamation of a Monroe Doctrine For Europe/Eurasia as defense policy and geopolitical imperative for all freedom loving people against the U.S. imposed New World Order and creation of geopolitical Continental Block, comprising China, Russia, Germany and France to counterbalance American hyperpower. Quoting George Kennan Truman pointed out that it lies in the nature of the mental world of Washington▓s leaders as well as in the character of their Manifest Destiny expansionist ideology, that no opposition to them can be officially recognized as having any merit and or justification whatsoever and that the American leadership considers itself as the sole repository of truth in the whole world. ■The quest for absolute power pursued by United States since the war against Spain in 1898 with a ruthlessness unparalleled in modern history has produced the deplorable conditions and violence in modern world. In light of the above it will be clearly seen that American pressure against freedom loving people in the world is something that can be contained by the adroit and vigilant application of counter-force at a series of constantly shifting geographical and political points , corresponding to the shifts and manoeuvres of American expansionist foreign policy■. Appearing at the press conference in China Harry Solomon Truman stated: The gravity of the situation which confronts the world today as a result of American expansionism, necessitates my appearance at this press conference. The foreign policy, the national security and the sovereignty of many countries in the world are at stake in the American imposed New World Order. One aspect of the present situation, which I wish to present to you at this time for your consideration and decision, concerns the situation in the Balkans where many countries struggle to survive as a free nations. I do not believe that the freedom loving people in the world wish to turn a deaf ear to the people of Yugoslavia and Macedonia. They support is imperative if those countries are to survive as free nations. The very existence of the peace loving states in the Balkans is today threatened by the terrorist activities of several thousand armed men, led , financed and equipped by the American government, who defy Balkan governments authority and conduct terrorist activities using American NATO bases as a base. The world opinion is disturbed by the conditions in Macedonia and border violations along the frontier between Kosovo on the one hand and Yugoslavia, Macedonia on the other. Meanwhile, in particular the Macedonia Government is unable to cope with the situation created by the U.S. sponsored terrorism. The Macedonia army is small and poorly equipped. It needs supplies and equipment if it is to restore the authority of the government throughout Macedonia▓s territory. Macedonia must have assistance if it is to become a self-supporting and self-respecting democracy. The Macedonian and Yugoslavia governments have been operating in an atmosphere of chaos and extremism created by the United States and its hirelings and quislings. It has been considered how the United Nations might assist in this crisis. But the situation is an urgent one requiring immediate action and the United Nations and its related organizations are not in a position to extend help of the kind that is required, particularly since its functions have been perverted by the United States and the Washington has made it an obedient instrument for its expansionist foreign policy of the United States. Macedonian's neighbors, Yugoslavia and Bulgaria, also deserves our attention. The future of Yugoslavia as an independent and economically sound state is clearly no less important to the freedom-loving peoples of the world than the future of Macedonia. The circumstances in which Yugoslavia lives now nave been disastrous due to the war of aggression launched by the United States and its satellite states against that country on March 24, 1999 and which continues in different ways and forms also today. Bulgaria will be the next country to which the violence will spread. A criminal kangaroo court, the so called Hague Tribunal, which conducts warfare with other than military means- by means of subversion of international law exerts coercion and intimidation upon freedom loving people. But in principle there is no difference between the U.S. armed terrorists in the KLA gangs and Karla del Ponte and other Washington hirelings in the criminal tribunal. Both KLA ⌠contras■ and the tribunal▓s ⌠contras■ serve the identical purposes as instruments of American expansionism, albeit Karla del Ponte and company are better paid and presumably more educated. Nevertheless, like the white dog before the phonograph, del Ponte hear only the ▒master▓s voice▓ in Washington. One of the primary objectives of the foreign policy of all freedom loving nations is the creation of conditions in which those nations will be able to work out a way of life free from coercion. This way a life is threatened by the United States which is seeking to impose its hegemonic criminal will upon other nations. To ensure the peaceful development of nations, free from coercion, the all freedom loving countries must oppose the American expansionism and its military arm- NATO. The freedom in the world can not be realized unless we are willing to help free peoples to maintain their free institutions and their national integrity and sovereignty against America led and financed aggressive ⌠contras■ gangs that seek to impose upon them totalitarian regimes on behalf of their sponsor in the U.S. This is no more than a frank recognition that totalitarian regimes imposed on free peoples, by direct or indirect aggression, undermine the foundations of international peace and hence the security of all countries in the world. The peoples of a number of countries of the world have recently had totalitarian regimes forced upon them by the United States against their will and have been subjected to coercion and intimidation in violation of the UN Charter and the basic principles of international law. Many other countries such as Bulgaria, Byelorussia, Ukraine, the Baltic republics will face the same coercion and intimidation in the near future, as Yugoslavia and Macedonia now. At the present moment in world history nearly every nation must choose between alternative ways of life. The choice is too often not a free one. One way of life is based upon the will of the majority, and is distinguished by free institutions, representative government, and intact national sovereignty national and freedom from coercion, intimidation and political oppression by a hegemonical hyperpower. The second way of life is based upon the will of a minority forcibly imposed upon the majority. It relies upon terror and oppression by American led ⌠contras■, a U.S. controlled press and radio; fixed elections, and the suppression of personal freedoms. It creates a conditions of ⌠plutocratic feudalism■ imposed upon them by the ⌠open door■ plutocrats in Wall Street and other America controlled financial institutions such as IMF. I believe that it must be the policy of the China and other freedom loving countries such as Russia, Germany, France and other to support free peoples who are resisting attempted subjugation by armed minorities or by outside pressures. I believe that China in cooperation with Russia, Germany, France and other freedom loving countries must assist free peoples to work out their own destinies in their own way. The world is not static, and the status quo is not sacred. But we cannot allow changes in the status quo in violation of the Charter of the United Nations by such methods as coercion, or by such subterfuges as political infiltration and terrorism. In helping free and independent nations to maintain their freedom against U.S. coercion, China and all other freedom loving countries will be giving effect to the principles of the Charter of the United Nations. It is necessary only to glance at a map to realize that the survival and integrity of the Macedonia is of grave importance in a much wider situation. If Macedonia should fall under the control of an armed minority, the effect upon its neighbor, Bulgaria, would be immediate and serious. Confusion and disorder might well spread throughout other countries, including France, Germany and Russia. Moreover, the disappearance of Macedonia as an independent state would have a profound effect upon those countries in Europe whose peoples are struggling against great difficulties to maintain their freedoms and their independence while they repair the damages of war. It would be an unspeakable tragedy if these countries, which have struggled so long against overwhelming odds, should lose that victory for which they sacrificed so much. Collapse of free institutions and loss of independence would be disastrous not only for them but for the world. Discouragement and possibly failure would quickly be the lot of neighboring peoples striving to maintain their freedom and independence. Should China and other freedom loving countries fail to aid Macedonia and Yugoslavia in this fateful hour, the effect will be far reaching to the West as well as to the East. We must take immediate and resolute action. The seeds of totalitarian regimes are nurtured by misery and want. They spread and grow in the evil soil of poverty and strife. They reach their full growth when the hope of a people for a better life has died. We must keep that hope alive. The free peoples of the world look now to China and other freedom loving countries for support in maintaining their freedoms. If we falter in our responsibility to defend freedom the peace in the world and the welfare of all freedom loving nations will be endangered. Great responsibilities have been placed upon all freedom loving people by the swift movement of events.
